It requires 3 hole sink. The valve is in great condition. I used it for 2 years only then redid my kitchen. This is the vintage chrome over brass valve classic Delta faucet with ball handle and sprayer.

There are about 12 spots 1-3mm where the chrome chipped off from pots and pans. Please see pics. Selling as is.
